If you have more than one property and need to manage staff, they are kept in the loop using our Contact Administrator feature. This will let you communicate with your staff members instantly while giving you the option of allowing them limited access to specific areas of your website for greater efficiency. So, for example, a housekeeper would be given access to the reservations calendar and details of guest arrivals and departures to make sure that rooms are prepared on time and any special requirements for a particular guest are met.
