You’re welcome to cancel your subscription at any time and can simply do so online from your account settings. If you subscribe monthly, your subscription would end at the end of the month in which you cancelled and if paid annually, it would run until the end of the year. No refunds are made due to a cancellation.
When subscribing to the Homes and Rooms service we do not charge you a commission on reservations that you have obtained via your own advertising or marketing efforts. Any bookings fed into Homes and Rooms via your own marketing channels or created manually do not incur a commission fee. If you would like us to support your advertising and marketing efforts you can sign up to the Homes and Rooms Marketing Manager service. For any bookings you receive via the Homes and Rooms Marketing Manager service we do charge a small commission for placing the guest booking into your property.
